Stavanger delegation visits Austin and SXSW
16.04.2018
Dell Medical School is the first new medical school in the US for 50 years. A delegation from Stavanger went to Austin to learn, make connections and get useful information on how to establish a complete ecosystem for education, research and innovation.
In conjunction with SXSW 2018 in Austin, one of the world's largest conferences focusing on technology and innovation, a delegation from Norway Pumps & Pipes, HelseCampus Ullandhaug, Valide, Norwegian Smart Care Cluster, Stavanger University Hospital, Greater Stavanger and Stavanger Chamber of Commerce visited the newly established Dell Medical School. The goal for the delegation was to make new connections and get useful information for the new initiative HelseCampus Ullandhaug, and the initiative to establish medical education at the University of Stavanger.
